ODL ODL Inc has promoted Jeff Mulder to corporate president and chief operating officer. Mulder has been with ODL for 16 years and has held management positions in several different areas of the company. Mulder previously served as president of the doorglass division in addition to being an active member of ODL's Board of Directors. The company was originally founded in 1945 by Mulder's grandfather, Cy Mulder, in his garage in Zeeland, Mich. Prior to joining ODL, Mulder worked for Universal Forest Products.

| VIWINTECH Jerry Ellis joined ViWinTech as territory manager for Florida. Ellis comes to ViWinTech with 25 years of experience in the aluminum window industry. In his new role Ellis will oversee the company’s product line in Florida to support the state’s evolving energy codes and a changing building climate, the company reports.

| STILES MACHINERY Stiles Machinery Inc. announced that Mike Capper has joined the company as the Western regional sales manager. Capper brings to Stiles years of sales management experience as well as knowledge of the industry. In his new role Capper will manage industrial sales and customer satisfaction in the company’s Western region.

| VIRACON Dale Simon has been named Viracon’s financial services manager at the company’s headquarters in Owatonna, Minn. In his new role, Simon will be focusing on credit and credit service needs for Viracon’s clients. Simon has previously held credit manager and customer service positions at other companies, and has earned Credit Business Associate and Certified Business Fellow status through the National Association of Credit Managers.

| EDGETECH Edgetech I.G. announced the promotion of three employees. Mike Anderson has been promoted to technical resource manager. In his new role, Anderson’s primary responsibilities include product quality testing and coordinating all daily activities within the technical group, in addition to his work as global operations manager. | |
| Mike Vachon has been promoted to director of continuous improvement. In his new role, Vachon will be responsible for helping Edgetech reach the next level of production and quality excellence, the company notes. Vachon has more than 30 years of business experience within the fields of quality and continuous improvements for manufacturing and service industries. |  |
| Vince Warne has been promoted to director of quality assurance. In his new role, Warne and his Quality Assurance team will oversee the execution of consistent quality of Edgetech’s manufactured products. |  |
| KLISE Klise Manufacturing has appointed Philip Tomasello as inside sales executive. Tomasello spent 10 years with Sima Products Corporation, an electronics manufacturer. While at Sima Products, he served as account manager, Eastern regional sales manager and most recently as director of sales. In his new role Tomasello will serve clients in the company’s growing markets throughout the country. | |
| GED GED Integrated Solutions has appointed Dan Reinhart as director of sales. Reinhart has been with GED for nine years and previously served as a regional sales manager. In his new position, Reinhart will oversee both domestic and international sales activities along with the development and implementation of sales strategies to continue growing the company’s global market base. |  |
| WTS WTS Paradigm announced a series of promotions and new hires. Pete Johnson has been promoted to configurations technology development manager and product lead of DesignPoint. Prior to the management move, Johnson was working on development of the CenterPoint and DesignPoint applications. |  |

MASTERGRAIN Bob Ferrell has joined MasterGrain as U.S. Sales Manager for its new line of Authentic Look wood grain fiberglass entry doors. In his new role, Bob will guide the company’s technical sales staff as well as build and manage an independent sales representative team in the US.
