GLASSLAM
Gerhard Reichert has joined Glasslam N.G.I. Inc., the supplier of laminated glass technology and window components, as president. In his new position, he plays a leading role in a major expansion effort at the Pompano Beach, Fla.-firm's operations servicing the glass fabrication and window industries. An IG industry veteran, Reichert previously worked for Edgetech I.G., where he was involved in the initial development of the caompany's warm-edge spacer technology. He serves on the board of directors of the Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance and on the board of governors for the Insulating Glass Certification Council.

VINYL LINK
Paul Warner has been appointed to Vinyl Link's board of directors. The one-time president and CEO of Mikron Industries, Warner brings much experience, knowledge and insight regarding the global fenestration industry to his new role with the supplier of vinyl manufacturing technology.

EDGETECH
Rob Miller has been promoted to quality engineer at Edgetech I.G. Miller has been with Edgetech for six years, and previously served as a technical service representative and product manager, helping the company drive sales of vinyl bending equipment and specialty grid placement. In his new role, Miller will assist the director of quality and continuous improvement in ongoing implementation of several business management strategies, including lean processes and Six Sigma.

John Burnett has been appointed to the position of regional sales manager in the Southwest United States. In his role, he will represent the supplier of Super Spacer and other window and door industry products in California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.

GLASWELD
GlasWeld, the supplier of scratch removal equipment and other glass repair products, has hired Dan Sayers as sales manager. He has extensive sales experience, primarily in the telecommunications industry. In his new position, he is responsible for working with customers and managing the sales and service experience.
