New Software for Durabuilt
Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. has implemented new software from Quebec-based 360 innovations at its Edmonton, Alta.-based operations. "Our mandate of the 'Ultimate in Quality' extends throughout all levels of the organization," says Harry Sunner, Durabuilt VP. "And we know that the improvements 360 Innovations will make to our ERP will continue to keep Durabuilt as one of Canada's premiere window and door manufacturers.”
The manufacturer had identified a need for sales management software that had flexibility and possessed integration ease, executives explain. The company opted for a modular integration method that included an integration support kit that was properly documented to support their plans. The implementation allows the Durabuilt to control the schedule and costs while 360 innovations would provide support, hands-on training and a project management team to assist with methodology and best practices, it is reported.
“We selected 360’s solution due to its extremely flexible configuration architecture and its unique capability to align with our existing software,” explains Barry Hicks, Durabuilt IT director. “360 has taken the time to understand our needs and has provided us with all the support we need to quickly develop and integrate this solution.”
