Republic Executive Released on Bail

According to a report from the Chicago Tribune, Richard Gillman, CEO of Republic Windows & Doors was released from jail last Friday following a bail reduction.

The initial bail was set at $10 million, but that figure was cut in half on the condition that Gillman be placed on electronic monitoring.  The former window executive was required to post 10 percent, or $500,000, to be released.
