Sunrise Windows, based in Temperance, Mich., has recalled and added 60 employees over the last few months to support its continued growth. "We anticipate as we head toward the fall season, we will need to hire additional staff to support our manufacturing needs,” says Gary Delman, president.

Dealers appear to be rewarding the vinyl window and door manufacturer for its broad selection of performance-rich replacement windows, as well as the value-added support the company offers to help grow their business with homeowners, Delman says.  "2010 marks the 16th consecutive year of growth for Sunrise Windows. Even through the recent market challenges, Sunrise has posted year-over-year sales growth every year since it was founded in 1994."

Now serving customers in 35 states, Sunrise sees continued growth among its dealers as well as market share gains. “We continue to add new team members to stay ahead of the increased demands we are seeing for our windows,” Delman notes. “It’s exciting to be able to support our customers’ needs as well as the greater Southeastern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio area, which has been heavily hit by a loss of manufacturing jobs."
