Western Implements New Order Entry System
Western Window Systems, a manufacturer of multislide, hinged and bifold doors and a variety of window systems, has implemented WTS Paradigm's CenterPoint quoting and order entry software, the supplier reports. Arizona-based Western went live with the system on May 20.
Designed to help Western to better serve its customers and promote growth, the WTS Paradigm product was installed as the CustomView system to give the manufacturer's sales representatives the ability to configure units for customers and see live pricing changes in just seconds. Western is currently in the process of implementing additional modules, including MasterPoint, the software provider's production scheduling system, it notes.
“We love that WTS Paradigm was able to customize the system to be able to handle a product line as complex as ours. Our products are the epitome of custom with unlimited options and configurations,” says Jason Funk, Western president. “These tools will help our customers grow their Western business.”
“We are very impressed at how the new system can price most all of the custom products we offer. We also love that the system will always be evolving,” adds Scott Gates, business development representative. “As our products and pricing changes, the system will evolve with it. It will never cease to be up-to-date with our customers. They will always have access to the latest pricing and options from Western.”
“We are excited to be serving Western and to have them as a valued partner,” says Nathan Herbst, CEO of Medford, Wis.-based WTS Paradigm, “We pride ourselves on our ability to exceed all of our customers’ needs.”
