White Oak Partners, a private equity investment firm of Columbus, Ohio, has entered into an agreement with Maine's Applicator Sales & Services Inc. to acquire a stake in its Paradigm Window Solutions business. Paradigm, based in Portland, Maine, manufactures vinyl windows and currently distributes products along the East Coast and into the Upper Midwest.

Stürtz Machinery is moving to a new manufacturing facility at the end of June. The new site in Twinsburg, Ohio, offers a larger manufacturing plant floor and overhead crane capacity, which was lacking in the supplier's current location in nearby Solon, Ohio.
Unlike the current Stürtz facility, the new location was built specifically as a manufacturing plant.

Weather Shield Windows & Doors, a Schield Family Brands Co., told employees last week that it would be closing its Greenwood, Wis., facility and moving production to its plant in Mosinee, Wis.
