Magid Glove & Safety received a Top Workplaces USA 2022 award for its people-centered culture, strong values, employee engagement, operational innovation, and diversity, equity and inclusion, according to a news release. The award, which Magid received in the 500-999 employee division, is based on anonymous employee surveys administered by Energage, which uses 15 measures of company culture that are critical to organizational success.
“Together, we’ve created an environment where team members feel respected, appreciated, and fulfilled,” says Jen Almodovar, Magid’s executive vice president of people. “Being named a Top Workplace was a team effort and we are proud of this achievement. The Magid team works together to build a culture where people can be themselves, have fun, and make a difference keeping workers safe.”
Magid was also awarded a Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces 2021 award and its CEO, Greg Cohen, was recognized as a “CEO to Watch” by Family Business Magazine.
