Slim Profile Lift & Slide

Responding to demand from architects for doors offering a more contemporary look with clean lines and slim profiles, Panda Windows & Doors has developed the S.85 and S.87 lift-and-slide door systems. Said to offer a 40 percent slimmer sight line than other lift-and-slide doors on the market, including the manufacturer's existing line, the system can be offered with panel sizes up to 12 feet high and 5 feet wide. The S.85 line is a non-thermally-broken aluminum version, but the company has also offered the S.87 thermall-broken line to meet the growing demand for higher performance in much of the country.  Doors are offered in a range of custom colors in powder coat, Kynar and anodized finishes. A wide variety of glazing options can be supplied as well, with the doors accommodating triple-pane glass units up to 1⅜ inches thick.
