Sterling double-hung retractable screen kit

The Sterling double-hung retractable screen kit from Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc. features a screen that hides away when not in use, and can be engaged by pressing down the pull bar to prevent insects when windows are open. The kit’s wood components are available in a variety of species and can be pre-finished or field-finished to match the windows’ interiors. The metal components feature a rustic finish to compliment Kolbe’s Ultra or Heritage Series double hung windows. Each kit is sized to fit and includes side rails, cassette, screws and wood trim for side rails, housing and pull bar. The kit requires a minimum of 69¼16-inches jamb depth.
