ASSA ABLOY TO ACQUIRE ARRAN ISLE LTD IN THE UK

Assa Abloy signed a definitive agreement to acquire Arran Isle, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of door and window hardware in the UK and Ireland. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions and is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2021.

Arran Isle has around 560 employees and was established in 1971. The company has manufacturing and distribution sites in the UK, Ireland, Europe and China.
