PGT Innovations Inc. completed its acquisition of NewSouth Window Solutions. PGT Innovations signed a definitive agreement in December to acquire NewSouth Window Solutions for a purchase price of $92 million. PGTI reports the move will enable it to enter the direct-to-consumer channel and underscores its strategy to grow in geographic areas outside of its core markets.

The National Glass Association and the American Subcontractors Association entered into a mutual agreement for NGA to be an ASA Alliance Partner. The agreement will help support ASA initiatives and provide NGA member companies with access to select ASA benefits and resources.

During the two-day workshop, attendees representing more than a dozen different companies learned about Deceuninck North America operations and the state of the fenestration industry, product innovations and advanced material science solutions for next-gen applications.
