Cornerstone Building Brands Inc. acquired Prime Window Systems. Headquartered in Denver, Prime Window serves residential new construction and repair and remodel markets with energy-efficient vinyl window and door products. The company has approximately 300 employees at manufacturing locations in Colorado and Washington.

Cornerstone Building Brands expects the transaction to be accretive through purchasing and manufacturing optimization synergies, margin expansion and revenue growth opportunities. Prime Window generated approximately $60 million in sales during 2020.
