Marvin Reflects on Year at 2025 Annual Meeting

Marvin held its annual meeting and announced its 2025 profit sharing to the company’s almost 9,000 employees. This year’s meeting was held via live broadcast from Marvin’s Warroad, Minnesota, headquarters, where nearly 2,000 employees gathered in-person. Celebrations at Marvin’s locations across the U.S. brought together the majority of its remaining 7,000 employees for localized festivities and a livestream of the Warroad gathering.

What Marvin leadership says

“After a year marked by momentum and growth, Marvin remains a strong and healthy company and we are focused on an even stronger 2026,” says Marvin CEO and fourth-generation family member Paul Marvin. “We’re well-positioned thanks to our efforts to build advocates who trust and recommend our products every day. While we faced external headwinds this past year, we moved forward and we took share while enhancing our customers’ experience with Marvin in impactful ways."

During the meeting, attendees also reflected on the opening of Marvin’s new 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Kansas, and the opening of its newest distribution center in Windsor, Connecticut.

Profit sharing and volunteerism

This year, the company’s Brighter Days Fund, an employer-matched employee assistance fund, surpassed $1 million in donated funds to support employees in need. Throughout the year, hundreds of employees also supported more than 200 community organizations across Marvin’s footprint with volunteer efforts and donations.

“I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished in 2025, but I’m even more optimistic about what’s to come. I’m confident that as a result of this year’s focus Marvin is poised to continue to grow our value and customer centricity while maintaining the purpose-driven, values-based culture that has always driven us,” says Paul Marvin.
