Soft Tech appointed Bob Koegler as global operations manager, based out of the U.S. Koegler has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry, most recently serving as Southeastern Service Centre Manager for Assa Abloy.
Prior to working with Assa Abloy, Koegler spent most of his 34-year career with Kawneer Co. based out of North America, in roles ranging from customer service to manufacturing management.
“I joined Soft Tech for several key reasons,” says Koegler. “First and foremost, the people around the organization. I appreciate the wide diversity of the team and have always been intrigued by the creativity and innovation of the Soft Tech team. Second, the values that drive the organization align well with my management style. And finally, having experienced some of the challenges of the Kawneer project, I felt I could add value to the organization and would enjoy helping the team succeed.”
Koegler will oversee Soft Tech’s operations in the support and training and implementation teams based out of India, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.
