Patio Door

Roto Patio Alversa offers a versatile range of sliding solutions, including one Tilt&Slide and three Parallel Sliding options. These solutions provide various ventilation functions and are compatible with all frame materials, accommodating sash weights from 352 pounds to 440 pounds.

The product ranges’ same roller units, sliding scissor stays, and track sets are compatible across multiple versions, and its modular design allows for all versions to be produced on the same production line. This makes the sliding system ideal for manufacturers who produce their Tilt&Turn elements with Roto NX or Roto AL, as the universal central locking system in the Alversa is the same.

All versions offer different ventilation options and burglary inhibition components such as the adjustable V security mushroom locking cams, a lockable handle, and concealed drilling protection. Its low-wearing vinyl ball bearing rollers ensure quiet sash movement and maximum system protection, while special damping elements and an anti-jemmy protection allow for smooth operation.
