Heavy-Duty Soft-Close Sliding Door Hardware
Johnson Hardware's 2066 Soft-Close Kit can support extra-heavy doors weighing up to 330 pounds. The kit is compatible with Johnson Hardware’s entire line of 200 Series I-Beam Track sets and the newly re-designed 2020 Door Hanger. When used in single-direction, soft-operation pocket-door installations (soft-close only), 2066 Soft-Close accommodates doors with a minimum width of 24 inches. For bi-directional, soft-operation pocket doors (soft-close and soft-open), the doors must be at least 32 in. wide. The kit can also be used for wall-mount/barn door and bypass installations, accommodating single-direction, soft-operation doors that are at least 20 inches wide, and bi-directional, soft-operation doors with a minimum width of 28 inches. The mechanism prevents pinched fingers between the door and the jamb, all while significantly reducing noise. Door slamming and bouncing that can occur with sliding doors is eliminated, reducing wear and tear on your door and jamb.

Door lock
UAP's new key wind lock, Fullex Key Wind Lock, is designed specifically for doors with fixed handles such as pull handles and is suitable for composite and timber doors. It uses a key or thumb turn to engage and retract the bolts and latch. Once the door is closed, the latch can’t be operated without the key. It enables homeowners to benefit from security, reliability, and functionality. Other key wind locks on the market require the key to be turned between 360 and 720 degrees, whereas the Fullex Key Wind Lock enables the user to enter the door swiftly and easily. To operate the lock, it takes half a turn to withdraw the bolts, is then returned to original position, then turned again to retract the latch. In addition, UAP has developed a matching escutcheon, providing the option of a full, cost-effective system, including a pull handle, Key Wind Lock, high security escutcheon and 1 Star cylinder.
