AEA Investors’ Middle Market Private Equity team announced that its fund has closed the acquisition of Window Nation Holding LLC.
Window Nation was founded in 2006 by two brothers, Harley Magden and Aaron Magden, as a provider of direct-to-consumer windows and related products for the residential repair and replacement market in the U.S. Since then, the company has grown organically to 15 markets.
A statement from AEA says, "Window Nation has a highly differentiated commercial engine that drives top and middle of the funnel advantages, resulting in outsized share gains within both existing and new markets. The investment in Window Nation represents an opportunity to partner with a strong management team with a proven track record of success within the attractive home services industry, specifically the replacement window sector, which is a large, growing and fragmented market."
