Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing is moving its corporate offices to 6300 N. River Road in Rosemont, Illinois. Deemed the "Feldco Hub," the space will be the new home to the executive offices, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, IT, and customer service team. The Hub will support a dozen Feldco locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana.

"After almost 20 years at our Des Plaines location, we found ourselves busting at the seams. Because of our immense growth, it was time to expand as we have no plans of slowing down," says Doug Cook, owner and chairman, Feldco.

Feldco says the move represents more than just a new space, but a sign of things to come for the home renewal company. Feldco and its sister company Danley's, with more than 100 years combined in the home improvement/home services industry, will occupy the top two floors of the building, which totals nearly 40,000 square feet.
"The dynamic new space, prime location in Rosemont, and proximity to a variety of transportation, dining, and entertainment options will make recruiting top talent and long-term employee retention an immense benefit. The Hub will be a launchpad for Feldco, Danley's, and our collection of companies as we look to the future. The move represents our dedication to our employees and ultimately our customers, as we continually strive to delight them both," Cook concludes.
Feldco and Danley's will begin operating at the Felco Hub on April 24. Feldco maintains its distribution center and entire operations team in Des Plaines, just miles away from the new Hub.
