Insulating profile

The insulbar LI insulating profile is now available in North America. Compared with standard profiles made from solid polyamide, the lambda value of insulbar LI is improved by 30% through a manufacturing process in which the polyamide material is foamed during extrusion. Existing window systems can be upgraded seamlessly with insulbar LI, requiring no system or process changes, and the same visual appeal and quality as traditional polyamide is maintained.

Spacer

The Butylver TPS is a solvent-free, poly-isobutylene spacer capable of forming chemical bonds with glass surfaces. The SmartBlox 2.0 setting blocks by Lamatek are an 85 durometer, elastomeric material with no harmful phthalates that flexibly cushions insulating glass units and supports dead load. Installed between the window sash and IGU to protect the glass from impacts and fractures, and protect the glazing bead integrity, SmartBlox 2.0 is compatible with all glazing sealants and systems where shims may come in contact with PIB in spacers.
