2025 Profile Lamination and Wrapping Symposium Being Held in September

The 2025 Profile Lamination and Wrapping Symposium is being held September 30 to October 1 in New Philadelphia, Ohio. This event is hosted by Continental (exterior laminates), FUX (profile wrapping and bending equipment) and Kleiberit (primer and adhesives) and comes at no cost to participants.

What to expect

This event now includes content for advanced wrapping operators, including lamination process parameters, troubleshooting during lamination with FMEA analysis and field repair training of laminated windows. Besides the educational sessions and a visit to Colorwrap (contract profile wrapping), it also includes a field repair demonstration of laminated windows and a hands-on field repair class.

The main focus of the event is the lamination process from preparation to storage, quality control and its best practices:

• Lamination preparation / Cutting / Storage
• Lamination process parameters, and in-depth assessment of the crosslinking process and advanced influencing factors for a successful bond 
• Laminates and their performance
• Quality Control and Testing (AAMA 664)
• Profile bending
• Touch up and field repair of laminated windows or other building products

Seating is limited to the first 30 confirmed participants per session. The location of the event is Hampton Inn, New Philadelphia, Ohio.
