Andersen Reports Year-End Profit Sharing and 2023 Donations

Through its “Dollars for Doers” and “Group Volunteer Grants” volunteer matching grant programs, Andersen provides grants in recognition of employee volunteer time, with employees tracking more than 16,000 hours towards these programs in 2023.

In recognition of employee contributions to its 2023 business performance, Andersen Corp. announced it will pay out $55.4 million, up to $4,400 per eligible employee, in 2023 to eligible employees as part of the company's annual profit sharing program.

Additionally, Andersen and its corporate foundation continued their longstanding commitment to philanthropy in 2023, donating $4.4 million to nonprofits working to improve lives and strengthen communities. Andersen's philanthropic contributions directly support organizations in the areas of housing, education, hunger and health care in communities where Andersen employees live and work.

Andersen's philanthropy expanded in 2023

Andersen supports the nonprofits and causes that matter most to its employees with programs that encourage and recognize the sharing of time and talent as another way to give back. Through its "Dollars for Doers" and "Group Volunteer Grants" volunteer matching grant programs, Andersen provides grants in recognition of employee volunteer time, with employees tracking more than 16,000 hours towards these programs in 2023.

In 2023, Andersen's philanthropy expanded with its operations. In November, the company commemorated the start of construction on a new $420 million Renewal by Andersen manufacturing facility in Locust Grove, Georgia, with a donation to Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity. The company also committed to donating windows for Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity's home builds in 2024, furthering its commitment to supporting affordable housing and helping more families achieve their dream of stable homeownership.
