Awake Window & Door Co. announced it has been ranked No. 2255 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is a ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy.
"Being recognized on the Inc. 5000 is exciting because it's validation that we truly are one of the fastest-growing companies in the country," says Scott Gates, co-founder and CEO of Awake Window & Door Co. "We take particular pride that we've achieved this growth while designing and manufacturing highly engineered products that our customers love. At a time when many of today's fastest-growing businesses are in technology or services, it's especially meaningful to earn this recognition by building products here in the United States."
Awake company info
Founded in 2021 and based in Gilbert, Arizona, Awake Window & Door Co. has achieved 50,604% revenue growth in four years while expanding from 13 employees to more than 100. The company has established itself as a leading manufacturer of premium aluminum window and door systems for luxury residential and commercial projects across North America. Awake's rapid growth has been fueled by a commitment to engineering innovation, rapid product development and American manufacturing, enabling the company to deliver exceptionally minimal sightlines, large-format glazing systems and highly customized solutions that help architects, builders and homeowners push the boundaries of modern design, say company officials.
"Beyond the numbers, what we're most proud of is our social mission," says Gates. "When we started Awake, our goal was for 40% of our workforce to have a justice-involved background. Today, that number is more than 60%. Watching our employees buy their first home, reconnect with their children or simply build a new future after being given a second chance has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Our growth means we're able to create more opportunities for people to transform their lives, and that's a mission our entire team is committed to."
