Bilco Signs O’Connor & Associates as Representative for Residential Products

The Bilco Company announced a new agreement with O’Connor & Associates, a sales agency that represents building material manufacturers, as its representative for residential products in key areas throughout the nation.

O’Connor & Associates (OCA), founded in 1979, is based in Carpentersville, Illinois, and represents manufacturers in 40 states. It services a vast array of building materials manufacturers and will offer BILCO’s basement doors, window wells and other residential building products to clients.

“OCA aims to strengthen and expand BILCO’s presence within the foundation channel by leveraging consultative selling practices with our channel partners,’’ says Steve Lonsway, president of OCA Sales. “Through targeted engagement with foundation customers and effective communications of the advantages Bilco products provide to installers, we will drive greater market penetration and sales growth.”
