Cornerstone Building Brands Appoints Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Cornerstone Building Brands announced that Michael Pulcanio has been appointed executive vice president and chief human resources officer. In this role, Pulcanio will lead all human resources functions and drive talent strategy, organizational development and culture initiatives across the company.

Pulcanio's experience

Pulcanio brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at CJ Schwan’s Co., where he led several HR initiatives.

Previously, Pulcanio held the position of senior vice president of human resources at Tyson Foods where he partnered directly with the commercial organization and oversaw all HR shared services. He was also a senior HR leader at Hillshire Brands, Aon and PepsiCo.
