Crystal Window & Door Systems welcomed Daniel Gonzalez as its chief information officer. In this leadership role, Gonzalez will oversee all IT functions across the organization and guide the company’s long-range strategy for technology driven manufacturing.
Gonzalez's responsibilities and experience
Reporting to the CFO, Gonzalez will oversee the IT applications and infrastructure for all Crystal and subsidiary facilities across the country. One of his primary goals will be to enhance the alignment of systems for company operations from sales through production and delivery, and administrative functions such as financial accounting and reporting. This will result in improved real-time reporting and consistent information management for strategic and operational decision making.
Prior to joining Crystal, Gonzalez served as Global Vice President of IT for international packaging company Truvant, where he guided ERP implementation at all North American facilities. Gonzalez was IT Director for Jeld-Wen for 62 North and South American facilities. He also was Senior IT Manager at Republic Elite Industries, national kitchen and bath cabinetry manufacturer in Texas, where he directed all IT operations and implemented system-wide ERP applications.
