Deceuninck North America announced the upcoming retirement of Fred Metzger after 40 years of service. Metzger will retire at the end of 2025 after decades of commitment to the company and its customers throughout the Northeast Region.
Metzger's career and next steps
Throughout his career, Metzger has been a trusted partner to his colleagues and customers, known for his industry knowledge, reliability and strong relationships. His presence in the Northeast left a lasting impact.
To ensure a smooth transition, Dave Kadylak will assume responsibility for the Northeast Region beginning in 2026. Kadylak currently leads the Central Region and brings with him 30 years of experience previously serving customers in the Northeast.
