Haffner Machinery Names Director of Application Engineering

Shrider's experience

Throughout his career, Shrider has held key roles as safety, quality, engineering and plant manager for multiple window companies. His experience spans managing existing facilities and building two “green field” factories from the ground up.

Most recently, Shrider served at a leading corporation in the exterior building products industry, where he managed all Capital Projects and led the engineering team within the window and door division. 

“Phil’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him an incredible asset to our team,” says President of Haffner Machinery North America, Stephen Kucer. “He has walked in our customers’ shoes, and his practical engineering expertise will help our customers achieve greater efficiency. Shrider’s expertise includes:

  • Project management and facility layouts
  • Process mapping and production planning
  • Capital business case planning and development
  • Preventive maintenance strategies and root cause analysis
