Kwikset Marks 10 Year Anniversary of Partnership with Microban

Kwikset is marking a decade-long partnership with Microban, a global leader in antimicrobial technologies, as part of Kwikset’s 80th anniversary.

About this partnership

Since 2016, Kwikset has partnered with Microban to incorporate built-in antimicrobial technology into select door hardware products, helping inhibit product-degrading bacterial growth on these frequently touched surfaces. Kwikset is Microban’s exclusive door hardware partner.

Microban technology is built into select Kwikset products during the manufacturing process and is designed to work continuously throughout the product’s lifetime. This added protection complements Kwikset’s focus on durability, performance and design.
