Northeast Architectural announced the opening of its first New Jersey showroom, a 1,200 square foot design studio located at 208 Bellevue Avenue in Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
After two years of construction and renovation, the showroom now features 12-foot ceilings, three skylights and modern white oak flooring. The new showroom offers a one-stop experience for those designing, building or renovating high-end residential spaces.
Northeast Architectural commissioned Architect Lucio Di Leo of Studio RAI in Pelham, New York to create a distinctive facade that reflects Northeast Architectural’s future expansion in the luxury residential market. Di Leo’s design includes an exterior trellis made of white oak wood beams integrated into a custom metal frame with industrial turnbuckles.
