Pella Corporation Names Rob Adams as Executive Vice President, Operations

Pella Corporation announced the appointment of Rob Adams as executive vice president, Operations. Adams brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, industrial products, and consumer goods. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer for American Woodmark Corporation, where he led manufacturing, logistics, materials, engineering, and quality functions.

Throughout his career, Adams has led large-scale business transformation efforts, including M&A integration, change management, Lean and Six Sigma implementation, product development, systems integration and global operations.

As executive vice president, Operations, Adams will lead Pella’s manufacturing, engineering and supply chain organizations. He will focus on building a more connected, flexible and scalable operation to advance quality, productivity and reliable delivery for customers.
