Pella Corporation announced that the Pella Corporation Wellness Center, powered by Premise Health, celebrated its grand opening on Jan. 20, 2026. The comprehensive healthcare facility is designed to provide team members and their families with convenient, high-quality care. Located on Washington Street in Pella, Iowa, the center is part of the company's long-term strategy to improve team member wellbeing and enhance care experience.
Wellness Center details
The wellness center focuses on advanced primary care that goes beyond traditional annual checkups. Using a team-based care model, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, licensed mental health specialists and health coaches work together to support whole-person health, emphasizing prevention and long-term wellbeing, not just treatment.

The wellness center will serve approximately 2,500 team members in the Pella area, along with their spouses and children, the company’s largest concentration of employees in a single location. Services include primary care, pediatrics, care management, care navigation, behavioral health support, and an on-site pharmacy. The center also offers 24/7 virtual care, helping ensure continuity of care for team members and their families.
The wellness center is part of a broader health and wellness strategy designed to improve population health, enhance the team member experience and support long-term financial sustainability.
Pella Corporation has partnered with Premise Health to staff and operate the wellness center. Premise Health, a direct healthcare provider for employers, will provide a dedicated care team to deliver personalized, preventive care.
