Pella Responds to Coronavirus

Tim Yaggi, CEO and president of Pella Corp., issued the following statement on its website in response to coronavirus:
At Pella Corporation, we have an unwavering commitment to the safety of our customers and team members. As we deal with the threat of the COVID-19 virus, we are putting extra measures in place to help ensure the health and wellness of our team members and customers.
We are closely monitoring the situation and following the direction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the local health authorities. We keep our team members updated with information regarding best practices to keep themselves and their families healthy.
At the same time, we are taking action to protect the health of our customers. To that end we are taking extra precautions with any in-person interactions, including:
- Limiting contact, including handshakes, and practicing social distancing.
- Frequent handwashing and hand sanitizing.
- Accommodating any requests to reschedule in-person appointments for the comfort of our customers and team members.
- Although our teams are operating as usual, we understand the concerns you may have about sales appointments, deliveries or installations. Please reach out to your local Pella branch if you have questions or would like to reschedule appointments. We will be ready to serve you when you are ready for us.
In addition, our manufacturing facilities are operating normally. If, however, there are any impacts to our production schedules or delivery timelines, we will let you know as soon as we can.
