Quality Enclosures, Inc., a shower door manufacturer in the United States, announced that it has acquired certain assets of Southeastern Enclosures (formerly Southeastern Aluminum Products). The transaction allows Southeastern Enclosures to continue operating from its Jacksonville, Florida, location under the name Southeastern Shower Doors, maintaining its existing team, customer relationships and product lines. Quality Enclosures will provide enhanced logistical support and expanded operational resources.
As part of the transaction, Southeastern's Indianapolis, Indiana, facility will become a Quality Enclosures distribution hub.
Customers can expect no disruption to service. Existing Southeastern customers will continue to access the products they have come to expect.
