Quattrolifts Showcasing Lifting Equipment at IBS
At the 2026 International Builders' Show, being held February 17-19 in Orlando, Florida, Quattrolifts will be showcasing numerous lifting and handling equipment.
Lifting equipment at IBS
The Nomad 880 is a small vacuum handling machine that can be easily broken down into three sections weighing about 50 pounds each, that can be loaded onto a small truck to transport to site and then easily assembled by two operators. The Nomad has a lifting capacity of 880 pounds and can be ungraded to 1100 pounds. Due to its lightweight, it is also ideal to work on floors that require minimal loading. The Nomad has multiple accessories that allow for the transport and installation of glass, windows, stone and porous panels.
Express 440CW is a small mobile vacuum lifter that is counterweighted and small enough to work in restricted spaces. The vacuum head has multiple adjustments to allow for precision movements during installation and the capacity to move through small door and hall ways.
The Vector 1320 XR is a mobile vacuum lifting robot for lifting glass and stone has a vertical reach over 16 feet to the center of the vacuum head and has a maximum lifting capacity of 1320 pounds. Dual vacuum systems, overload sensors and wired remote control provide compressive safety for your operators. The Vector 1320 XR also comes with an interchangeable lifting jib for lifting other materials with a sling.
The Vector 880 E is a small and nimble robotic vacuum lifter for lifting stove and glass and works in small restricted space. The wired remote control allows for five degrees of movement including 360 degrees rotation. Dual vacuum lines, overload sensors and the wired remote provides optimal safety for your operators.
OMNI 1200 is a vacuum lifter that attaches to a forklift to allow for the loading and unloading of panels, glass and stone weighing up to 1200 pounds. The wireless remote control allows for the dual vacuum system to attach and release, 90 degree forward tilt to horizontal for laying panels onto a table and 8 inch forward shift for precise movement when attaching and releasing the panels. The OMNI 1200 also has 360 degree manual rotation of the vacuum head. The panels can also be side pivoted to both the left and right side of the forklift if the working area is restricted during transport.
The OMNI 1800 is a vacuum lifting robot that fits onto a telehandler or forklift for handling panels, windows and stone outside the building envelope that require installation at great height. The OMNI 1800 comes with two remote controls that allows the telehandler driver to collect the windows and elevate them up to the required floor, then hand over the installation to the operator standing inside the building. The wireless remote controls have six degrees of movement allowing for precise movements during installation while the operator is standing safely inside the building. As with all our vacuum robots, the OMNI comes standard with a dual vacuum system.
