About the recognition
This marks the sixth consecutive year Renewal by Andersen has been recognized by J.D. Power for receiving more awards in customer satisfaction among Window and Patio Door Manufacturer Brands.
Now in its 19th year, the J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study evaluates customer satisfaction across multiple dimensions. Renewal by Andersen achieved the highest scores in the Window and Door Manufacturer segment for Durability, Performance, Features, Ease of Use, Appearance, and Level of Trust.
