American Renolit unveiled something new at GlassBuild America 2025 in Orlando. Renolit displayed a new window film; Renolit EXOFOL FX Flat Black 5050.
Renolit officials say that for quite some time, its customers, and the industry as a whole, have been asking for an exterior laminate film solution that mimics the look of paint and co-extrusion.

This new product is available in Renolit's top two colors: A true black and an architectural bronze. Like all of Renolit's FX products it carries a full 20-year global warranty.
Plus 5050 brings a full array of other advantages. This flat look has heat buildup ratings well below the published AAMA threshold. It resists salt spray in coastal applications. 5050 does not require single use protective films, and it brings cleanability and scratch resistance.
