Robert (Bob) Weis, acting CEO of Winchester Industries, passed away on April 12, 2021. Weis and his business partner, and acting vice president, George Yuhasz, built an exclusive triple pane replacement window and door program. Weis' ambition, hard work and dedication leaves behind a legacy that friends, family, Winchester employees and business associates owe so much to, both personally and professionally. Winchester’s long-lasting success is a true testament to Weis’ unique vision and industry insight, says the company. He is survived by his beloved wife Susan Shriber Weis and daughters Julie (Jeremy) Marks and Amy (Alex) Pucciarello, as well as his four grandsons.
