Schlage's new Schlage Sense Pro Smart Deadbolt is now available for purchase beginning Monday, June 29. The Sense Pro is the brand’s first smart lock to feature Schlage Converge technology, combining Ultra-Wideband (UWB) with Apple home key in Apple Wallet to deliver hands-free unlocking. By calculating speed, trajectory and motion, it unlocks the door right as it's approached, creating a more intuitive entry experience.
Sense Pro is also the brand’s first smart lock to support Matter Over thread allowing Sense Pro to pair with a Thread-enabled Apple Home hub for more reliable smart home connectivity, alongside built-in Wi-Fi for remote access through the Schlage Home app.
Additional features include multiple hands-free modes, support for up to 250 access codes, up to six months of battery life, and a USB-C jumpstart for added peace of mind. Sense Pro is Aliro-compatible, with support for Samsung and Google Wallet digital keys expected later this year.
