Coinciding with Quikserv’s 40th anniversary, the multi-day event served as a platform to provide the industry insights, technical training and operational goals for the year ahead. A highlight of the meeting was a presentation by glazing industry veteran Max Perilstein. Perilstein joined the sessions to share his expertise regarding current market trends and future shifts. "It was a true honor to attend and present," says Perilstein. "The team and operations at Specialty Fenestration Group are incredibly impressive. Seeing the genuine effort and care they dedicate to our space is a tremendous positive for the entire industry."

Attendees participated in plant tours that showcased the latest lean manufacturing capabilities, quality control measures and safety protocols. Breakout sessions provided a structured environment for team members to collaborate, share best practices and refine their approaches to physical security markets.

“Our sales meeting reinforced a simple truth—our greatest strength is how we work together,” says Jason Epps President and CEO of Specialty Fenestration Group. “By aligning around a shared vision, communicating openly, and leveraging each other’s expertise, we’re not just driving performance—we’re building a culture of collaboration that fuels innovation and long-term success.”
