Veka North America Parent Company Acquires UK-Based Manufacturer

Veka North America's parent company, Laumann Group SE, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Epwin Group PLC, a UK-based manufacturer of building products. The proposed transaction is expected to close in late 2025 or early 2026.
About Epwin Group
Founded in 1976, Epwin serves residential, commercial and infrastructure markets across the UK and Europe. In 2024, the company reported full-year revenues of £324 million and currently employs more than 2,200 team members.
