Vinyl Windows Recoup Nearly 70 Percent of Costs, According to Cost vs. Value Report

Remodeling Magazine's recently released 2021 Cost vs. Value Report showed vinyl window replacement project recoup 68.6 percent of its costs, down from 72.3 percent last year, while wood replacement windows recouped 67.4 percent of the costs, down from 68.9 percent last year.

Steel entry door replacements recouped 65 percent of its costs, down from 68.8 percent last year, while fiberglass grand entrances recouped 60.9 percent of costs, up from 53.3 percent last year.
