Drummond brings over 15 years of experience driving results across enterprise sales, strategic operations, and business development. Most recently, he launched and scaled his own insurance agency to over $1.5 million in sales in 11 months. Prior to that, Drummond held a senior executive sales role at a billion-dollar medical staffing firm.
