Improving your Bottom Line by Taking Your Screen Process Inhouse
Haffner’s SAC-845 will make a difference in your operation and give you CONTROL over the process while improving your bottom line! With the SAC-845 your estimated typical cycle time for a 24″ x 36″window screen frame is approximately 35 seconds, including all handling. This would require ONE operator for approximately 60 screens/hour.
The SAC-845 automates the application of screen mesh to a pre-assembled screen frame. The SAC-845 utilizes bar code scanning or direct ERP input to identify the screen frame, automatically choose and apply the correct screen mesh, insert the screen spline, and trim excess perimeter screen mesh. The larger SAC-855 Automatic Bug Screen Mesh & Spline Insertion Machine for patio doors and window screens will accommodate sizes up to 48″ x 96″.

Vinyl window and door cleaner
Designed for cleaning vinyl windows and doors, the twin-head vinyl corner cleaner was designed by integrating automation technologies that have been used effectively for years in markets where high volume, quality, safety and precision are top priorities. This 12 axis robotic machine, with infinite axis accessibility, provides: complete corner cleaning; reduced material touch ups; consistent, repeatable movements; multiple angles of attack and presentation of tools at unique and previously unattainable angles. Features: Dual zone light curtains and ergonomic operator guarding. Eliminates/minimizes hand cleaning. Meets ANSI +R15. Robotic articulation equals total tool path flexibility. Robotic arm reach enables tools to clean the square from underneath and off corners. Up to 15% faster than current technologies. No longer limited to step movements. Fully-enclosed and self-contained: minimal exposed cable and moving parts equals less cable wear, and no exposure to vinyl dust/chips. Easy access to tool changing. Vertical and horizontal pneumatic material clamping. Single corner cleaning option for frames less than 20 inches. High efficiency scrap cleanout system to reduce vinyl dust on floor. Advanced programming for contoured non-linear surfaces. UL 508A, CUL & CE approved
