Satellite XTE is a five-axis CNC mobile gantry machining center, designed to run milling, drilling, threading and cutting processes on large bars in aluminum, PVC, light alloys and steel. The mobile part of the machine mainly consists of a gantry equipped with a precision motorization rack. The electrospindle, 15 kilowatts in S1, with HSK-63F tool connection, allows even heavy-duty machining to be run with excellent speed and accurate results. The new local safety cab was designed to combine top functionality, accessibility, soundproofing and light with safety and ergonomic requirements.

Seaming system

The SeamMaXX Pro MKII has been designed to follow Ashton Industrial’s SeamMaXX Pro range of seaming lines. Up to six or seven random sized lites per minute, seamed top and bottom on all four edges in thicknesses from 3 to 12 millimeters. The fastest, most compact L-shape lines require the smallest footprint of any seaming system and can be fed direct from breakout, adjusting fully automatically to each lite’s dimensions.
