IGU line
Forel’s High-Speed Flexible Spacer IG line offers both speed and accuracy to produce high-quality insulating glass units. The line can produce insulating glass units up to 78 inches by 98 inches in size, with a maximum weight load of up to 135 pounds per foot, while minimizing the overall factory footprint. With multiple solutions that optimize existing technology, the high-speed IG line is a strategic choice for manufacturers looking to prioritize production output while still requiring high accuracy and a quality finished product.
Automatic screen line
The Autoscreen SAC-845/55 automatic screen mesh and spline insertion machine automates the application of screen mesh and spline to a pre-assembled screen frame. The estimated typical cycle time for an 18- by 18-inch window screen frame is approximately 35 seconds, including all handling. Patio doors measuring up to 48 by 96 inches are processed by the larger SAC-855 Autoscreen, taking approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds to complete, including handling.

Flat glass processing
The Bovone Robotic System for automation of flat glass processing integrates dedicated warehouses for slab storage houses, two vertical edging machines, a vertical washing machine, and two or three multi-axis anthropomorphic robots that operate automatically. The slabs are handled by anthropomorphic robotic arms that position them inside the Bovone edging machines to carry out the various edge-processing stages. The robots can handle glass of different sizes and shapes.
