The Most Exciting Three Days in Glass

As I type this, GlassBuild America is one month away. As you read this, you may be standing on the show floor at GlassBuild America, or perhaps back in your office after returning from the largest glass and fenestration trade show in North America. 

There’s no shortage of educational opportunities from presentations to hands-on demonstrations to booth visits and beyond. See the GlassBuild schedule for a taste of what you can expect at this year’s trade show. And the extensive product showcase highlights just some of the hundreds of products on display throughout the 198,000+ square feet of floor space. 

Here’s what I’m most looking forward to on this year’s show floor: 

1. Our brand new Keynote Theater: The inaugural Keynote Stage will feature Daymond John of ABC’s Shark Tank and FUBU CEO/founder, as the Day 1 kickoff speaker, with Connor Lokar on day 2 and Women in Glass on day 3. The energy each dynamic speaker and event is sure to bring will be unparalleled and send everyone onto the trade show floor already buzzing.  

2. The Main Stage: We have three days of themed content at the Main Stage. Swing by anytime to grow your knowledge and engage with these expert speakers.  

3. Booth visits: I’ve always been a learn by doing and seeing type of person. Getting to visit exhibitor booths and experience first-hand the products, machinery and technologies that make this industry move is unmatched.  

4. Networking: My schedule is jam-packed, and I bet yours is, too. As excited as I am for all of the aforementioned commitments, what I most look forward to are the impromptu conversations in the aisles, at after-show events and throughout the city, which seems suddenly much smaller and more hospitable when our industry gathers for three days of networking, learning, business and progress.
