Deceuninck Displaying New Patio Door System at GlassBuild

Deceuninck North America will launch its all-new 205 Patio Door system at GlassBuild America 2026. GlassBuild, the largest annual glass, window, and door trade show in North America, will be held on September 23-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At booth #1531, attendees can explore the 205 Patio Door, which was developed to address common challenges facing window and door fabricators, including the need for lower inventory, simplified assembly, and larger door systems without compromising structural or thermal performance. The resulting platform reduces component counts by nearly 50%, achieves a DP50 structural rating, and gives fabricators the flexibility of a welded frame or mechanical knock-down configuration using the same core system components.

“The new patio door system really came from listening to our customers,” says Greg Koch, interim president and vice president of sales and marketing at Deceuninck North America. “Fabricators told us they were looking for a tower-style patio door that could deliver high performance without adding complexity to their operations. We designed the 205 to address those needs, and we are thrilled to introduce it at the industry’s largest event.”

Unlike a traditional pocket-style sliding door, the tower-style 205 Patio Door features a sash that straddles and overlaps the frame when closed. This creates a more integrated structural system, enabling the door to achieve a high Design Pressure rating (DP50) in an 8- by 8-foot configuration, making it well suited for large-scale residential and light commercial applications. The platform can also achieve a U-factor as low as 0.22 without requiring triple insulating glass.

In addition to the 205 Patio Door, Deceuninck will showcase its ECLIPSE and Innergy AP systems.

• ECLIPSE black solid-color PVC extrusions represent a new approach to dark-colored window and door profiles. Unlike traditional laminated, painted, or capstock PVC profiles, ECLIPSE incorporates fusion-welded corners without the need for touch-ups, helping fabricators save time while achieving a clean, consistent finish. ECLIPSE profiles are engineered with SunShield® technology to resist fading, advanced pigments to reduce heat absorption, and vented profiles to regulate temperature and improve energy efficiency.
• Deceuninck’s Innergy AP product line is engineered to enhance the thermal performance and structural integrity of curtain walls and window systems. The portfolio includes pressure plates, structural thermal struts, reinforcements, and other curtain wall components designed for seamless integration and customization. Made with advanced composite material technology, Innergy® AP provides thermal efficiency up to 700 times greater than traditional aluminum.
